Head - Sourcing - Wellness & Beauty Categories - eCommerce

Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm across the eCommerce industry has been retained by a leading eCommerce firm based out of Gurgaon for the following mandate:

Head of Sourcing/ Buying (Health, Wellness, Beauty categories), Mumbai

Role:

- 5-10 years of relevant experience of having worked across sourcing/ merchandising/ buying and vendor management across the relevant categories.

- Should have handled a team in previous roles.

- Vendor negotiations, margin discussions, rate contracts, MOU’s, vendor empanelment etc.

- Should have handled PnL for at least a number of categories in the last drawn role. Will be responsible 3-4 categories and will have category managers reporting into him/ her.

- Ideally the person should have worked in the wellness/ health/ cosmetics/ FMCG categories and should have the relevant set of vendor contacts across the industry.

- The incumbent would be a part of the leadership team and would report directly into the CEO.

- Would have responsibilities for developing new categories, to market them well, measure the yield and ROI on campaigns and reinvest capital accordingly, thereby will handle a major PnL responsibility.

Job Location: Mumbai

Salary: 25-35Lacs/ Annum

Education: Preference will be given to candidates from NIFT/ NID/ IIT's with relevant eCommerce sourcing/ buying background.
