Head - Sourcing & Procurement

Job Profile :

- Establish a stable supplier base that will allow for consistent availability of all RM/ PM Maintaining optimum inventory.

- Vendor development and relationship management.

- Work closely with Internal teams to find alternative material sources to strengthen a cost leadership proposition.

- Mitigate global supply chain risks by identifying and developing local partners.

- Identify and help execute make or buy opportunities for critical ingredients.

- Set up all processes to ensure smooth operations.

- Set up external manufacturing where needed.

Candidate Profile :

- Candidate with 10+ years of experience.

- Relevant experience of the medical diagnostics or pharmaceutical space strongly preferred.

- International sourcing experience (including managing LC and other payment options).

- Experienced with cold chain logistics.

- Highly skilled at negotiating .

- Experience of using supply chain management software & tools.

- Ability to be effective under ambiguity.
