- Create and Implement Regional and International Procurement Strategies that are cost-effective and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry. - Lead team of 10+ people in Sourcing and Procurement while exhibiting excellent skills of leadership, teamwork and collaboration. - Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry. - Manage technological systems that track the shipment, inventory and supply of materials - Closely work with Engineering to make decisions on Make vs Buy and Raw Material Substitution - Ensure proper communication channels with Production and Planning teams - Review contract specifications on behalf of the company Requirement : - Should be an Engineering/Business Graduate with an MBA, with a specialization in Operations Management and or, Production &amp; Supply Chain Management, from a reputed college or equivalent. - Strong experience and familiarity to operations management techniques such as LEAN, Six Sigma, SPC, 5S, JIT, OEE/OOE/TEEP, TPS, Kaizen, FMEA, Fishbone, value stream mapping, loss/waste reductions etc. - Familiar with one of these manufacturing processes: - Die Casting, Injection Moulding, Screen Printing, Weaving and Dyeing
