What would you be doing/ Expected from this role?

- Deep Knowledge of product , seasonality

- Know the Market and Sourcing belt, Stay on top of sourcing trends in an ever changing

- landscape .

- Co-own the P&L, develop the business Model ,understand where opportunities are and create

- the viable sourcing model .

- Know the competition, Understand the online/offline players, Mandi and B2C sales.

- Assortment expansion with new innovation like product sourcing and selling architecture.

- Inventory Management, Manage optimal inventory with targeted DOH norms ,D- 90 days

- planning on sourcing and marketing calendar .

- Close watch on Customer complaints and B2C returns..

Who are we looking for?

- Strong Excel, Power Point, Knowledge of Data Analytics will be added advantage

- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

- Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills

- Excellent relationship builder with strong positive attitude

- Ability to both plan and execute

- Challenge and negotiate with Farmer/Vendor/Service provider where required while maintaining

- positive relationships

- Work within a dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities

- The Zonal Head has end-to-end P&L responsibility for his Product and will be responsible

- For defining long-term strategic plans, driving day-to-day activity like CC operational/Margin

- improvement/Optimizing the cost, Fulfilling the regional and LOB wise fill-rate, building and growing

- strategic relationships with Farmers/Vendor and building a high performing team.

What would be a value add?

- Product : Sweet Lime, South Mangoes, Banana, Melons, Pomegranate and Others

- Education : B.sc Ag Or Ms. Ag &MBA

- Experience : 8-12 Yrs.

- Language Known : Telugu/ Hindi/ English

- Location : Anantapur (Andhra Pradesh)

Targeted Companies : INI farm, Adani Agri, Sahyadri Farm, Vegrow , Chifu agrotech, Mother Dairy, More, Reliance retail. Fresh Top, Dessai Agro, and others.
