JD:-

1. Oversee the procurement of all RM / PM and services for the company.

2. Manage Vendors of the company.

3. Manage the import and all incoming logistics for the company

4. Oversee the entire RM and PM stores operations

5. Collaborate with other process managers to determine supply needs

6. Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing function.

7. Oversee proper distribution of supplies in the organization

8. Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during all times.

9. Oversee the installation and operations of all controls in the SAP ERP.

10. Manage the procurment budget of the company and report deviations to the management.

11. Ensure 100% compliance to the company procedures related to the material management function.

12. Establish local & global vendor base for Electronic, Mechanical and electro-mechanical components / intermediates / sub-assemblies.

13. Strategic sourcing of commodities / components
