Job Description :

- Lead Sourcing Commodity Portfolio

- Responsible for leading High Value and Volume procurement of food items and raw materials at a PAN India level

- Act as Subject Matter Expert to understand materials, price seasonality, Formulate and drive sourcing strategies in various Demand and Supply scenarios

- Market Mapping

- Research and Analyze domestic and international markets for identifying sourcing opportunities and cost effective buying decisions

- Continuously scan markets for identification and introduction of new Raw materials

- Collaborating with all stakeholders

- Collaborate and partner with all Cross Functional and external Stakeholders to lead, influence and facilitate effective execution of sourcing strategies

- Engage on regular basis with Regional operations teams for smooth operations in an integrated manner

- Supplier Relationship Management

- Leverage strengths in identifying and expanding a competitive vendor base

- Leveraging Technology

- Make best use of various technology platforms for buying efficiency e.g. SAP, Reverse Auction platform and Mobile apps

- Design Procurement metrics and dashboards for analytics based monitoring and optimization plans

- People Management

- Lead and strengthen a diverse and experience team of sourcing professionals to achieve functional success
