Head of Sourcing (Apparel)

Location: Delhi

Experience: 8 - 12 years

MUST-HAVES:

1. Must have handled 100+ team sizes.

2. Must have team handling experience from the last 7+ years.

3. Must know how to handle P & L part for the respective team.

4. Understanding of the Apparel Industry

5. Sourcing factories to build categories on the platform

5. e-commerce experience on supply-side

- Experience in Apparel sourcing across the sub-categories and geo-regions.

- In-Depth knowledge of Apparel production and insight into raw material procurement.

Ideal Profile:

- 8+ Years of experience in Apparel sourcing across the sub-categories and geo-regions.

- In-Depth knowledge of Apparel production and insight into raw material procurement.

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Drive and own the success and growth of the factories in the category.

2. Responsible for target setting, planning, and execution for Factory onboarding.

3. Product sourcing, pricing with the relevancy of attributes, Quality, and Demand fulfillment.

4. Monitoring the product lifecycle of every product in the category to support manufacturers to plan production in advance.

5. Core KPI shall be maintaining the Sampling flow of Factories.

6. Will lead target setting, planning, execution, and allocation of resources in the sourcing of the category.

7. Responsible for opening up sourcing from different clusters and sub-categories.

8. Responsible for scaling up the team and setting up processes to scale up the division as a whole.

9. Willingness to lead the team from the forefront and bring core insights from the customer for further scaling

10. Shall be working closely to scale the vertical into one the world's Largest sourcing categories.
