Summary: A Passionate Sales Professional having experience in Solutions Selling for BFSI domain as a structured methodology for managing the sales process and more accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly business. Should have a proven track record using Solution Selling to a larger audience and building a new clientele for the organization on international locations for their BFSI domain and industry vertical. Key Pointers: - 15/ 20 years of Direct Sales experience in Hunting - Must have been a Sales Leader for at least the past 5/ 6 years - Very conversant with the Indian BFSI space and well connected therein - Must have multiple account opening experience and strong customer relationships that the person will come with - Ideally should have experience selling multiple lines of business like ADMS, IMS, PS, BPO, Consulting - Must have led a team of Salespeople - Should be aware of some parts of Banking and Insurance business to be able to sell solutions - Must have experience in selling solutions and services (but not a product salesperson) - Must be of an entrepreneurial mindset and capability to drive the India BFSI business to a new orbit - # target will start from 7.5M or so and will go up fast.
