Head - Software Services Sales - BFSI Sector - South & West (18-23 yrs)
MBA with 18-20 years experience of corporate Sales, preferably in BFSI domain
- Excellent communication and Presentation skill
- Strong connect with regional BFSI customers and Partners
- Handling the P&L for South & West Region - India Market
- Managing the team & meeting the Revenue, order booking Target
- To be proactive with locating and developing New business in line with revenue and Sales target.
- Be aware of the new business trends in BFSI market and take appropriate action to increase the market share.
- Establish key relationship with CXO and alliance partner to ensure maximum exposure and increase the revenue and meet the collection goals.
- Should be People Manager and demonstrate can do attitude at all times and come up with clear strategy to generate new steam for business revenue
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly revenue, sales, collections goal
- Reviewing regional business priorities and improvement plan.
