Role &amp; Responsibilities: You will be a technical leader, owning the technology and solution architecture and ensuring best practices are implemented and followed across the development team. - Own the product and solution architecture throughout the software development lifecycle - Ensure best practices are followed across the company including appropriate tests and CI/CD - Contribute and shape company-wide technical standards - Technically manage a team of software engineers, including task planning and code reviews - Review technical performance of teams and increase the quality of engineering as a functional leader - Execute the product strategy in a fast and agile manner, in a rapidly evolving market - Hiring A-player team members to fill the gaps you identify Skills required : - Very strong software architecture skills (be hands on!) - Experience with a Javascript based stack, bonus if this is React.js - Mobile Development experience - React Native experience is a massive plus - Backend experience with Elixir/Phoenix is a massive plus but not critical as we have a talented backend senior developer - 10+ years as an engineer - Experience in leading engineers - remotely or off-shore is a bonus - Experience in working with best practice engineering culture and ability to improve this - Desirable - Experience working with a healthcare product
