we have an urgent role with one of the mid-size IT Company at Gurgaon.

Designation : Head Software Development - IOS / Android etc

CTC : 25-30 Lacs

Role :

- Delivery to Potential Customer

- Technical Sale team development

- Revenue management for current and upcoming projects

- Project development and ensuring completion in timely and cost-effective manner

- Handle Large Scale deployment of application

- To Manage Engineering/Product with team

- To Establish profit center Pan India

- To Manage large teams for projects Pan India

- To develop and manage content team (VOA, Scripts, sound and Video editor)

- To develop system software, mobile apps (IOS, Android, Java) including animations & games.

- Website/micro site traffic management through SEO, Adwords PPC

- Deliver to PAN India Auto Dialer (SMS, USSD, OBD)

- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members- individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff
