Head - Soft Collections - NBFC/FinTech (7-12 yrs)
Soft Collections Head
The incumbent will manage the soft / tele collection operations
Candidate must have 7-12 years of experience
Fintech/ New age NBFC background is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- A hands-on approach to provide overall strategic direction, deliver business objectives and overall people management for the unit
- Build collection process and policies from intake until recovery in-line with industry best practices.
- Overall responsibility for analyzing performance against targets, setting expectations for performance and providing training, coaching and feedback to drive productivity
- Provide early warning , feedback to risk, operations, legal, analytics & business teams for improvement in collections and underwriting
- Recovery agency management - Recruit and manage recovery agencies, set necessary targets and ensure targeted resolution rates
- Setting up robust fraud management and operations practices to reduce delinquency ratios
- Assisting and participating in Internal and External audit reviews and also contributing to management responses
- Manage and redress customer grievances
