Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the soft collections team
- Lay out the policies and processes and take actions in order to encourage timely payments or defaults
- Allocation of cases to team to set collections target, planning and monitoring it regularly
- Analyse and investigate historical data for better understanding of consumer behaviour
- Take actions for resolving customer issues
Profile :
- The person should have minimum 3-4 years of relevant collections experience
- Engineer with analytics skills
- Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a team
