1) Driving the content strategy for the achievement of the brand objectives.
2) Drive a higher share of conversations in the QSR/Food Tech space with cutting edge, disruptive and surprising work
3) Lead the internal social media team to scale up our content to drive better customer experiences on and off our brand platforms
4) Build a differentiated, engaging and customer-first content strategy to drive meaningful conversations with our current and potential customers across touch points
5) Own the content calendar and narrative to ensure we have the right content at the right time.
6) Translate business goals to our content calendar and drive the relevant brand and business KPIs
7) Collaborate with internal marketing teams, CRM, digital and product teams and external agencies to achieve the desired objectives.
8) Crafting and maintaining content calendars, content assets, and content development plans relevant for achieving monthly/ quarterly/ annual business and customer KPIs
9) Collaborate with production teams and agencies to build high-volume of timely, highly credible content to drive brand affinity, engagement, conversion, thought leadership, and action within target segments
10) Translate content strategy to lay down quantifiable goals on business metrics on acquisition, traffic, engagement, retention, conversion etc and lead after aligning goals with digital teams, analytics teams, marketing insights team, UX teams
11) Partner closely with Performance Marketing teams to create content for social media channels, websites, SEO/SEM Requirements
