Head - SME Lending Products & Policy - Fintech Startup (7-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Design MSME lending products
- Formulate MSME Business Strategy and Policy - including pricing policy, customer acquisition and retention
- Enable strategic partnerships and corporate tie-ups to enable business growth
- Provide inputs for credit underwriting parameters and score cards
- Implement various Business strategies, and Lending Policies/Products to ensure Business Growth, Operational Efficiency and sound Asset Quality.
- Design risk monitoring and control processes
- Identify adjacent areas of business opportunity that add also value for the MSME borrower
- Development of systems and processes, from lead origination to client on-boarding, including credit underwriting
- Inputs for go Live strategy including online / offline mix, geographical footprint
- Collection Strategies, process and policy
Skills :
- 7 to 10 years experience in MSME/SME lending
- Deep understanding of MSME loan products and business
- Understanding of lending technology - LOS platform
- Exposure to Credit Risk Management and Monitoring
