Accountabilities :

Smart Airport City Planning and Development :

- Monitor, review, coordinate and get the detail implementable smart city plans done through an internal team, experts and consultants

- Facilitate the decision making in modifying and Improving the plan as and when required meeting the needs of site conditions.

- Support and make sure that the plans meet all statutory norms and international best practices.

- Oversee the preparation of plans and ensure required approvals from regulatory authorities

- Support BD and marketing activities.

- Passenger convenience

- Maintenance Consideration

- Digital Solutions - Date/Timeline

- Project Approval

- Date/Key partners finalized

- Review / Reporting Frequency

Smart Energy management :

Review project specific implementation report and detailed requirements and actions points in areas pertaining to :

- Smart meters and management

- Renewable Sources of energy

- Energy efficient and green buildings

- Smart Water management

- IT + Sensors - Key priority sing off

- Date/Framework sign ogg

Smart Waste management :

Review project specific implementation report and detailed requirements and actions points in areas pertaining to :

- Waste to compost

- Waste water to be treated

- Recycling and C&D Waste

- Smart segregation - Plan/Actual

- Time

- Cost

- Quality

Smart Mobility Management :

Review project specific implementation report and detailed requirements and actions points in areas pertaining to :

- Smart Parking

- Intelligent Traffic Management

- Integrated multi-modal transport

- App Based Internal Navigation - Time

Smart City Execution :

Oversee the development of the Smart City Project brief and business case in areas of : -

- Take decisions on proposed changes in cost and timescales beyond tolerance levels and all proposed changes to scope, checking for possible effects on the business case

- Ensure risks and issues are being tracked and mitigated.

- Chair meetings of the Project Board

- Be part of formal closure of the project. - AoP preparation / date

- Time

Team Development :

- Plan and drive the team development initiative in alignment with objectives. Develop technical and behavioral skills. Engage with the team members to motivate and foster teamwork.
