Head - Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement
Primary Responsibilities :
- Apply the concepts of Six Sigma to continuously improve the performance of the Company
- Identify & Define Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma projects across the company
- Manage the projects include the cross-functional personnel to deliver on the projects
Key Result Areas / Position Deliverables :
- Establish a culture of Continuous Improvement and institutionalize Six Sigma processes in the organization
- Bring significant improvements to company performance through six sigma projects
- Manage the projects include the cross-functional personnel to deliver on the projects
Desirable functional skills :
- Six Sigma Concepts, Methodology & Implementation processes & Project Management
- 12 to 17 years experience. Of which min 5 years in six sigma projects. Must have led Company wide six sigma initiatives cross-functionally.
