6. Process Adherence Check Process Adherence and implementation

- 5% - Office Task like SR Allocation, HOTO Initiation, EMF Planning
- 34% - Field Visits like Acquiring CTA, Rental Negotiations, Agreement Signing, Market Storming, Hand holding, SST Support, JV's, Hold Sites Visit
- 7%- OPCO Engagement
- 24%-Reviews and Monitoring
- 30%-Others like Rental Bands check, Process Check, MC Follow Ups, Agreement Registration, Data Preparations and analytics
- Details of team size: no. of people supervised directly/ indirectly) - 10-15 People
