- Experience in FMCG/Pharma
- Responsible for EHS audits, special programs (Industrial Hygiene/ Safety/ Health) in respective sites along with capability enhancement of site resources by technical training/ coaching and mentoring.
- Technical authority and Subject Matter Expert working with senior stake holders including supply chain directors, business unit leads, site heads, front line leaders and EHS leads to adequately address EHS risks in accordance with legal requirements, company policies/procedures and strategic directions.
- Support the EHS compliance requirements for a new brown field facility including construction safety, contractor management and regulatory approvals as per local and organizational requirement.
