1. Develops and grows the company's business development activities and revenue from new and existing market segments and channels. 2. Identifies new business opportunities and/or commercial partnerships. 3. Develops business development strategies and creates annual business development plans for the relevant areas to reach required business objectives and revenue. 4. Works closely with account managers to understand business requirements and market needs. 5. Recognizes new market segments and opportunities for business development makes a calculation of returns and investment and gains agreement for the investment, resources, and actions required for the developments. 6. Prioritizes market segment development activities and sets revenue targets. 7. The Shared Services Manager will be responsible for managing staffing and training all shared services employees. 8. Will be responsible for the day-to-day oversite of office space management, and tracking of all performance metrics related to the shared services center. 9. The ideal candidate will be adept in strategic organizational design and development. 10. Will be able to help drive continuous improvement in the shared services center to help drive corporate-wide efficiencies. 11. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shared Services Center. 12. Manages employee discipline and terminations as needed. 13. Collaborates with functional manager to measure and develop shared service employees performance. 14. Establish, track and report on key performance indicators for the shared service center. Management reporting dashboards. 15. Analyse performance metrics and recommend improvements to standardized operating procedures to drive continuous improvement and heightened quality of the Shared Services Team. 16. Review and implement recommend new or improved software's to support greater efficiencies across the company. 17. Strong project management, HRIS systems management, and dashboard development skills 18. Experience with workforce staffing and management 19. Experience developing, tracking, and improving on key business performance analytics 20. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while fostering effective communication and collaboration among the Shared Services Team and with the Company
