Job Description :
- Hiring, training and directing team of associates and service providers
- Lead functional content and training S & Op for services
- Develop Engagement strategy for service providers to partner with
- Ensure seamless consumer experience through standard operational requirements by scheduling and assigning service providers as per requirement.
- Promotes and develop content on Pet health, by advising animal owners about sanitation measures, feeding, and general care.
- Maintains service staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains quality & standardization by coaching, counseling, and disciplining store team; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Ensures standard operating procedures, hygiene, for giving high consumer experience
- Plan engagement and motivational plans for team and service providers
- Identifies new business avenues through expansion of services
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
