Services Head-IT

- 10+ years of overall experience predominantly in IT managed Services, with 3-4 years as the delivery head would be desirable.

- The individual must have handled the delivery of projects of a similar size and scale. Should be a domain expert with prior experience in digital transformation.

- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language and hands-on experience with at least Core Java, JMS, HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSP, JSF, Servlets, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, AWS, iBatis, BPM Suite, Microservices, Mobility(IOS/Android), RPA, SQL, NoSQL, REST, SOAP, Security, .net, C#, C++, Hybris etc tech stack.

- Experience in leading multiple development projects with team of developers & test engineers.

- Project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring. Practical knowledge and exposure of development using Agile methodology.

- Should come from a similar background from mid to large IT services companies.
