Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the full project lifecycle from initial discovery through to delivery phases.
- Accountable for anticipating, identifying, and proactively managing risks & issues.
- The incumbent should have managed digital projects in banking domain using project management methodologies.
- Clear understanding of Credit Cards end to end lifecycle and its operations
- Proficiency in documenting & communicating critical project updates with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated decision making ability to assess risks and devise mitigation strategies for the same.
- Demonstrated ability to work & coordinate with cross functional teams, developers, testers, designers to ensure smooth ongoing of assigned deliverables.
- Demonstrated success in a growth-oriented process development/innovation role.
- Build a growth mindset in terms of Digital Customer Experience - develop a process development and innovation plan aligned to customer insights, and customer needs.
- Identify, develop, and execute a Digital Servicing strategy to enhance Customer experience from a digital perspective.
- Work closely with the business teams to create process solutions.
- Devise innovation strategy and roadmap to help digitize Customer experience.
- Observe the current processes and develop adjacencies and/or new process to enhance Customer experience whilst driving process efficiencies.
- Link the innovation/process development portfolio to commercial benefits, supporting the business direction, without compromising on Customer Experience.
- Should have good time management and prioritization skill to handle multiple projects.
- Manage project scope, risks, mitigation strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Creation and publishing of project health report & progress dashboards of the ongoing projects to the project working group, & key stakeholders.
