The head of Service delivery, Company in India is responsible to engage with Technology pillar in defining, supporting and delivering their over transformation programme through high quality deliverables aligned to group roadmap. In addition, the position is also responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the IT application landscape within the agreed SLAs. An important dimension of the Role is to exploit opportunities of productivity and efficiency gains through best practices sharing and helping OEs identify & transition offshoring / near shoring opportunities.
- Senior Management position, responsible for the overall Service Delivery of all Application Development, Maintenance, Testing and Strategic Programme of the group from an India branch perspective & OE Application
- Development & Maintenance services towards meeting its Goals, setting its Structure, Strategy, Staff, Systems and Resources required to meet the plans.
- Responsible for leading and delivering the growth strategy through identification of attractive opportunities within the group entities . Accountable for the multiple service lines and responsible for the stakeholder management with senior executives, across all group entities.
- To build the customers confidence in the company service offering and to deliver the company corporate plan and roadmap by consistently improving the CSAT/NPS.
- Experience of managing complete P&L responsibilities with large team size
- Providing leadership to hire and retain the best talent for building a High Performing and highly engaged Organization aligned to the renewal agenda & company strategies.
- Work effectively with the peers and other divisions to apply best practices. Maintaining an open communication channel to build a strong organisation culture.
- Develop cross functional teams to create a service delivery environment from a pool of resources
