Job Description :

Job requirements:

- Candidate will be working as the senior most designation in that Process

- Candidate will be responsible for handling 200 team members with the help of team leaders and quality analysts

- Candidate with prior work experience from Chat Process will be a plus

- Having exposure in dealing with an international client will be more beneficial

- Candidate should be a minimum graduate in any stream
