Head - SEO - Media Industry (10-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall organic traffic growth of the organization on a global scale focusing on developed countries like the US, UK & EU.
- Responsible for creating SEO strategies, identifying growth opportunities & areas of improvements
- Technical Website Audit to find and rectify issues on the website
- Performing competitive analysis to identify missing opportunities & drive growth
- Working closely with the tech team to fix the technical issues of the website, ability to plan and prioritize the tasks
- Working closely with the content team to ensure all content are well optimized before publishing
- Identifying and improving website crawling and indexing, page speed, user experience & mobile-friendliness
- Responsible for managing a team of SEO specialists & Freelancers to ensure smooth execution of
Content & SEO strategy.
- Implement various off-page strategy to improve website credibility & visibility in search
- Understanding & Implementation of various Media Specific SEO techniques like News SEO, Video - Sitemaps & Various type of content schema
- Responsible for understanding the trending content using various analysis & creating the content in a timely manner.
