Head/Senior Manager - Operation - Japanese MNC

Reporting to Country Manager

BE/MBA

Must be familiar with Japanese (both write and speak) , Greenfield project

Total Experience 10-15 years including min. 3 years of experience in a Japanese MNC

- Experience in Electronics and Electric

- Core Operations Experience only

- Knowledge of quality systems

- Can lead and manage a team of 50+ staff

- The candidate should be graduate in mechanical (Electronics and Electric)

- He should be experienced in plant activities like Production/Quality in Electronic Industry.

- Experience and exposure in automotive Electronics, handling of product design, mold design, mold manufacturing,

- Tooling program management, project management and product development of plastic parts, tool sourcing at locally and globally.

Must have working experience with Japanese MNC
