We are looking for a Sr. Marketplace Manager for an upcoming D2C personal care brand based in Mumbai. Roles and Responsibilities : - Sales and Revenue Growth - Advertising and Marketing - Inventory and Supply Chain Management - Performance Analysis and Reporting - Team Leadership and Development - Working closely with Marketing team. - Conducting, operating and increasing the business of the brand - Category width, new launch performance and other category-specific objectives. Is this you ? - You have an OCD about delivering great consumer experience. You are willing to talk to real customers to get feedback. You take absolute ownership, accountability and are a self-starter. - You have worked in Nykaa (or similar e-retailers) and helped brands in your portfolio grow their top line and fundamentally understand how this business works. - You have either worked at a high growth e-commerce or D2C start-up growing their top line on platforms like Amazon / Flipkart / Nykaa OR You have worked in companies like Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart for Category growth. - You have what it takes to grow sales/top line. You understand that sales and revenue can solve all problems. Revenue Growth at all costs is your primary work. - You understand words like aCoS, ASIN, FNSKU, Clusters, A+ Content, Price Parity, Seller Flex. - You are extremely familiar with one, more than one, or all of these tools - Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, AMS, Flipkart Seller Central. - You have bias and love for data. You have data for breakfast every morning. You can make sense of immense data that Amazon will throw at you. Take calls to push certain SKUs and discontinue others. - You know the importance of being in stock across warehouses and clusters. And you can work well with operations team. - You have owned P&Ls before, because you will be managing one in this role. - You can absorb pressure. You realise that starts-ups are where resources are minimum and every you need to squeeze and maximise returns on every penny invested. - You are comfortable with ambiguity and can wear multiple hats. You are specialist and a generalist. - You are generally very curious. You have one thousand tabs open on your laptop. One link goes to another, goes to another, goes to another. You are constantly on a discovery. - You are a people's person and can maintain relationships. You understand that your relationship with the category team/category manager on these platforms is your biggest lever for growth versus advertising spend. - You have the confidence that eventually you can manage a team. - You understand that managing marketplaces does not equal growing marketplaces.
