Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & reporting.

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, etc.

- Lead cost control, analysis & optimization to improve profitability.

- Coordinate with bankers, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

- Ensure financial compliance & accurate reporting.

- Conduct inventory & asset audits for financial consistency.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- Qualification: Master's in Finance/Accounting + CA/CMA/CPA preferred.

- Industry: 15+ years in manufacturing (casting products/auto ancillary).

- Tech: SAP B1, SAP S4 HANA, Tally, ERP, MS Office.
