- You will be responsible for the strategy, development, and optimization of our eCommerce platforms, ensuring they are fast, scalable, and secure, while keeping customer engagement at the heart of every decision.
What You'll Do:
Architect a Seamless Retail Experience:
- Lead the strategy and execution of an omnichannel vision, aligning technology with the brand's business goals.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and supply chain to craft an unforgettable, unified customer experience.
Own the Digital Platform:
- Spearhead the development and optimization of high-performing eCommerce platforms like Adobe Commerce and Magento.
- Ensure our websites are top-tier in performance, speed, and security, delivering a flawless customer experience.
Unite the Physical & Digital Worlds:
- Integrate cutting-edge solutions like Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPIS), ship-from-store, endless aisle, and mobile POS systems to bridge the gap between the digital and physical shopping experience.
Innovate Customer Engagement:
- Harness the power of AI-driven recommendations, personalization engines, and virtual fitting rooms to elevate how customers interact with our brand.
Stay Ahead of Cybersecurity & Compliance:
- Partner with the cybersecurity team to fortify our systems and protect our customers' data, while ensuring full compliance with global regulations.
Lead with Vision:
- Mentor and develop a talented team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years in IT, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in eCommerce, retail, or omnichannel environments.
- Tech Savvy: Expertise in platforms like Adobe Commerce, Magento, CMS, CRM, ERP, OMS, and POS systems.
- Leadership: Proven success in leading and inspiring IT teams, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, customer insights, and tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Project Management Expert: Adept in agile methodologies with a track record of delivering projects that exceed expectations.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: A solid understanding of data protection regulations and security standards like GDPR and PCI-DSS.
- Visionary Communicator: Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies, while managing multiple stakeholders with ease.
