Head/Senior General Manager - Institutional Sales - Agri/Agro Chemicals (15-25 yrs)
We are hiring for one of the leading and well known Agrochemical /Agribusiness Industry.

Designation - Head & Sr GM - Institutional sales
Location-South India
Purpose-
This profile comes with the responsibilities of identifying & developing new business channel other than trade by continuous focus on liaise with state agriculture dept./corporate/boards to obtain new sales lead.
Responsibiltes:
- You will be working closely with the Sales & Marketing dept. of the Trade & Institutional Channel in order to understand the B2B market realities, participate in business development activities and generate demand.
- Acquisition & servicing of Govt. clients in the field of agriculture, State Agri, Horti, Forest & Watershed departments, Govt. Boards & Development Authorities etc.Tapping Tender oppurtinities for generating sales lead.
- Identifying new customer in segment like Foods, Contract Farming, Landscapes and responsible for business development in the region.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
- Will be responsible for deciding on Tender Submission for Govt. Requirements, Suggesting Pricing Strategy for Key clients,Suggesting Operational requirement to fulfill demand etc.
Requirements:
- Overall exp. of min. 15 years in institutional Sales.
- Exposure in handling agriculture related products
- Experience in Agri business/ Fertilisers /Agro Chemicals/ Agri equipment /Farm equipment etc.
- Exposure in liaison with department officials & key corporate clients
