Indicative Activities
- Brand Building & Marketing Support the marketing & communication plans developed by BD & Marketing Team in terms of participating in webinars / seminars / drafting posts and articles
- Review the presentations developed by BD & Marketing Team to strengthen the positioning of assigned vertical
- Seek testimonials from clients to enhance brand credibility
- Business Development - Engage with key decision makers of each client, at least once a quarter through meetings / calls
- Educate the clients on recent ammendments and changes in law, if any
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling to the existing clients
- Build strong relations with key clients and generate business through references from existing clients
- Build and manage robust pipleline of client references and fuel revenue growth of the vertical
- Understand client requirement and prepare proposals, in consultation with Practice Head
- Negotiate and close standard proposals with clearly defined terms.
- Project Planning and Execution Guide the TLs to create robust effort estimate and delivery plan with owners, timelines and dependencies identified for each activity.
- Ensure that the delivery plan is as per the scope agreed with each client, and within the budgeted manpower cost
- Prepare workforce budget for executing the assignments in respective vertical, basis effort estimation for executing the current assignment and projections of future assignments
- Conduct periodic review meetings with TLs to track timeliness and quality of deliverables and analyze reasons for deviation, if any, from expected deliverables
- Provide prompt support to the TLs in decision making to ensure timely elimination of bottlenecks for smooth execution of projects
- Assurance on Delivery Quality and Timeliness - Track all assignments of the respective vertical and ensure on-time closures of deliverables
- Ensure 100% compliances to MG Consulting processes and adhere to the internal service standards to ensure that the standards are being met across all assignments
- Ensure any escalation from the client is addressed promptly by the team
- Respond to each client escalation to negate / minimise any adverse impact w.r.t. long-term relation with the client
- Knowledge Sharing Contribute to Knowledge Bank by timely sharing of best practices, lessons learned, articles, etc
- Encourage team members to use the knowledge bank. Organise monthly quizzes on the knowledge repositories updated in the Knowledge Bank
- Encourage participation of team in fortnightly knowledge sharing sessions on recent amendments and quarterly "Lessons Learned" Sessions
- Billing & Collection - Ensure billing/invoicing activities are conducted in timely basis
- Co-ordinate with key client for outstanding recoveries
- Learning & Development Organise periodic trainings for Team Members /Trainees to acquaint the team with the processes to be followed at MG Consulting
- Encourage participation of respective teams in various learning initiatives organised by HR to improve the learning curve
- Provide constructive feedback to the TLs to improve capabilities for effectively executing current / future role
