Role Responsibilities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blogs, and multimedia, for SEO performance.
- Oversee the creation and management of backlinks to enhance site authority.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools to inform strategy.
- Ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented across the website.
- Lead a team of SEO specialists and content creators, providing guidance and direction.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align SEO efforts with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO.
- Prepare and present SEO performance reports to senior management.
- Manage SEO budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop internal and external SEO training programs to enhance team knowledge.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new SEO team members.
- Implement local SEO strategies to enhance brand visibility in targeted markets.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure the website is user-friendly and SEO-optimized.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Exceptional project management skills with a focus on results.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and web development basics.
- Familiarity with PPC and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in market analysis and competitive intelligence.
