Key responsibilities: - The SEO Head will directly be responsible for the conversions through organic traffic, value and top line from organic results. - Accountable for the performance of all content (website, blog, other pages) optimized through the initiatives of the SEO team. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization - Conducts relevant SEO research &amp; SEO Audit and takes a data-driven approach in the creation of audience profiles and SEO strategies to lead content pitches and product changes - Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to impro positions for target keywords - Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal rates, traffic, and conversions - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines Qualifications / Skill sets: - Working knowledge in HTML, Javascript, AJAX CSS, Flash, and other valuable media technologies - work with backends SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills- - Understanding if analytical tools such as SEOMoz, Omniture, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Webmaster tools, Buzzstream, Screaming Frog, Majestic, Mozamong others
