Head - Scheduling & Forecasting - Renewable Energy Firm (10-15 yrs)
Job Profile:
- To collect the relevant data from each plant teams and generate the forecasting report
- To tie-up with various forecasting agencies and perform QC and scheduling
- To submit their day-ahead solar power generation forecast and schedule (F&S) to SLDC to manage the grid stability
- The forecasted schedules would be revised several times during the day to capture generation variability on a real-time basis to improve accuracy and minimize the commercial impact on generators
- To limit & avoid deviation of actual generation from the forecasted
Candidate Profile:
- Years of experience: 10 - 15 years
- Qualification: Graduate/PostGraduate in any discipline
- Must have regulatory and compliance orientation related to budgeting and forecasting.
