Reports to - Head IT

CTC - 25 - 35 lacs

POSITION - HEAD SAP

- Responsible for SAP - Operations and Supports

- Strengthen and improve the maturity levels of SAP modules like PP, MM, SD & Fi-CO etc.

- Drive effective implementation of strategic projects and manage delivery to ensure overall success of the implementation / project delivery of SAP solutions and business processes.

- Timely implementation of SAP modules

- Minimal Customization of the SAP system

- SAP implementation / up-gradation within budget

- Stakeholder management

- Vendor Management

- High user adoption through effective change management

- Monitor business KPIs to evaluate implementation effectiveness

- Manage in-house and outsourced teams as well as partners/sub-contractors

- Manage overall delivery of related IT Projects

- Managing team resources and overall financial of the team

- Leading and coaching a sizable team

- Manage Multiple projects

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 20 years of experience in IT field

- Out of 20 years - 15 years + in SAP

- Hands-on configuration knowledge in any SAP core modules ( PP, MM, SD, Fi-Co) .

- Manage overall delivery of related IT Projects

- Managing team resources and overall financial of the team

- Leading and coaching a sizable team

- B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA
