Designation: Salesforce Competency Head

As the Competency Head for our Digital IT services division, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and be a part of success story of growing Digital IT services business. This role will involves establishing Salesforce competency center aligned to our key Technology partners in Digital space, putting in place the systems, process to rapidly develop talent at scale, drive solution / IPs and drive culture of continuous learning in the rapidly changing technology landscape

He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build compelling value propositions while working cross-organizationally to build consensus.

Job Description:

Learning & Development

- Setup Salesforce competency centre aligned to the key technology partnership, working closely with the practice leadership and externally with the Technology partner teams

- Identify, enable learning platforms, delivery mechanism to establish market leading, agile and continuous learning culture.

- Strategy, Design and manage learning paths / competency framework for skill families within practices

- Plan training strategy to create adequate supply of skills in accordance with business demand

- Work closely with business to identify training needs at project / individual level

Core Competencies:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Salesforce competency development in a reputed IT services organization

- Prior experience in working closely with Salesforce as partner

- Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment

- Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal.

- Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs.

- Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment

- Track record of managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams.
