Head - Salesforce - Center of Excellence - IT

Our client a leading IT Organization at Bangalore.

Accountabilities:

- Lead the Salesforce practice team for Center of Excellence and Innovation initiatives. Meet billability and project goals for team.

- Serve as inspirational leader for entire Salesforce India based team

- Provide technical leadership for the entire Salesforce practice, identifying opportunities for accelerators, need for new technical skills and support for go to market strategies

- Meet operational and financial goals for the COE teams, including utilization, gross margin and revenue goals

- Build, enable and share best practices of Salesforce with delivery teams. Engage with Customer, Customer Solutions (Delivery, Sales, Partner), Product Management (global), to identify areas of opportunity and design innovative solutions.

- Design, build and lead custom solution offerings and design GTM Strategy for innovative solutions.

Desired Profile:

- Should have 16+ years of experience in IT, with minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce.

- Technically strong Salesforce

- Excellent executive communication, with ability to present to CxOs and senior leadership
