Head - Sales - Woman Therapy Vertical - Pharma (12-15 yrs)
Sales Head India - Woman Therapy Area Pharma MNC
- The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the sale of therapy products for India and achieving the top line targets provided to the country as per the plan
- Direct marketing and sales activities to ensure sales volumes and projects are achieved
- Shape the market and build the therapy to gain market share
- Coordinate team Associates activities to ensure execution of company strategy, marketing plan priorities and targets
- Garner significant market share as well as prescription share for the portfolio by strengthening credibility.
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to Regional associates and associates, to ensure productivity enhancement and stability of field force.
Skills/Experience required :
- Significant experience as a Business Manager leading high performing teams in a leading pharmaceutical company preferably in super speciality business.
- Management degree preferred, graduate degree in medicine, science or pharmaceuticals required
