Head - Sales - Wealth Management (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Build And Supervise A Team Of Relationship Managers To Provide Professional Wealth Management Services To HNI And Ultra HNI Clients.
- Formulate And Implement Business Development Plans In Order To Grow Client Base And Aum, And Drive Revenue.
- Develop Strategic Plan And Implement Practical Business Plan With Sales Channel To Drive Investment Products And Services
- Initiate Products And Services Enhancement To Cope With Changing Market Demand.
- Formulate And Implement Business Promotion Campaigns.
- Coordinate With Concerned Products Divisions To Increase Sales Of Their Respective Products/ Services.
- Lead Institutional Book-Building Efforts For Transactions With Fund Managers.
Desired profile of the candidate :
- Minimum 15 Years Experience In Private Bank / Securities Firm / Asset Management /Wealth Management Companies.
- Familiar With Various Investment Products Like AIF / PMS / Mutual Funds.
- Excellent Leadership To Drive Team Members.
- Proven Sales Track Record And Stable Job Histories.
- AMFI And NCFM Certification Preferred.
