Our client is an established, well-recognized Training Services and EdTech Firm. They are part of a large Conglomerate and are growing rapidly across India. To Support their growth they are urgently looking to hire a Sales Head for sales of their Training Services.
This is an opportunity to work with a Large brand which already has a National foot-print and has very ambitious growth plans.
The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Sales of Training Services to corporates for domains like Auto, FMCG, Telecom, Retail or BFSI across India
- Responsible for Solutioning, GTM, business KPIs, NPS & P&L
- Complete ownership through teams in BD, Content & Operation for the defined Vertical.
- Responsible for end-to-end Project Inception to Project operations - project management, team management, budget and timelines
- Partnership - Signing up strategic partnership to onboard new solutions .
- Establish strong contact with key stakeholders for mapping training opportunities, budget and timelines
- Maintain and submit training reports and documents
The ideal fit would be a candidate with :
- 8-10 years of experience in Business Development, Operations & Solutioning
- Exp with any leading Training company or HR Services or HR Products OR HCM/LMS company and selling to Automotive, Retail, BFSI, Telecom and/or FMCG domains
- Excellent Project Management & Planning skills
- Possess Consultative & Solutioning skills
- Hands-on experience of Digital/SAAS /Technology based product & services
- Good communication skills
- Be ready to relocate to Delhi or Bengaluru
