Head - Sales Training & Sales Force Effectiveness - Pharma (10-17 yrs)
Salary Range: 15 - 22 LPA
Job Responsibilities :
Training :
- Identify sales team's training need through field working with them
- Plan and execute various training interventions (Classroom, OJT, etc.) by coordinating with various stake holders
Induction :
- Coordinate initial induction by Zonal SFEs
- Hand hold and ensure effective implementation of 30 days induction by manager
Sales Force Effectiveness :
- Overseeing effectiveness of reporting tool (SMMS) including mobile app.
- Productivity analysis. Call analysis. Missing customer analysis. Coverage Patterns. Revenue per call. Linkage between calls / Coverage and sales. Improvement in call effective etc.
