Job duties:
1. Maximizes sales representative effectiveness by determining and solving training needs.
2. Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
3. Monitoring trends (increase/decrease) in sales via different tracking methods.
4. Identifying gaps in skills and knowledge. Devising training methods to overcome the gaps
5. Studying sales results and conferring with sales managers / TL.
6. Delivers individual results by conducting training sessions, developing outcome and improving resources.
7. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
8. Supports training financial objectives by recommending change in process and learning model.
9. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
10. Accomplishes sales training and the organization's mission by achieving related results as needed.
Skills and other Qualifications:
1. Sales Training experience - must have experience in BPO.
2. Knowledge of tracking sales trends (increase/decrease in sales).
3. Ability to give coaching/feedback for improvement.
4. Powerpoint knowledge.
5. Good in MS Excel for MIS maintenance.
