Head - Sales Training - BFSI (9-14 yrs)
Sales Training head position.
Mumbai based.
Financial services industry - reputed brand - NBFC
For financial services/ Banking/ Insurance candidates only & Mumbai locals only.
CTC: 25 - 20 lacs pa
MBA/PG in HR required.
- 10+ years in Training need analysis, content delivery, planning and designing course material.
- Measure the training effectiveness and take steps accordingly.
- eLearning module design and content management
- New hire orientation
- Dealing with external consultants as required.
- Product and sales training is mandatory in financial services industry
- Stable candidates only apply.
Candidates from BFSI corporates are only eligible.
- Position will report to HR head
