Head - Sales - Telecom/Retail/FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Description:
- Responsible for managing sales and channel Leading a team of sales, business development & operation managers. Must be able to handle vendors.
- Should Develop strategies of new demand channels & maintain an optimum demand supply mix.
- Should be able to manage category growth, market share, preparing growth plan & implementation of new ideas.
- One of the key responsibility will be to acquiring Corporate accounts and fulfilling their hotel and stay requirements by providing them superior quality hospitality services.
- Must be able to build customer loyalty through customer service, transparent billing and other functions as required.
- Should regularly interact with clients, seeking constructive feedbacks and undertaking effective measures to deepen relationship with clients on the basis of the same.
- Ensuring repeat business from existing Clientele and establishing new partnerships across multiple geography.
- Hand holding the team and grooming them by making joint sales calls and visits on the field
- Complying with sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure business professionalism and integrity
