TITLE : Sales Support Head
LEVEL : Sr. Manager
LOCATION : Gurgaon - HO
JOB SUMMARY :
- This is a strategic role which needs broad understanding of the Direct Sales strategic requirement.
- Devise sales activities and programs around recognition, communication, training & development to drive sales.
- Additionally, support the sales team with sales reports, data analytics, etc to achieve their respective targets.

- Promotional events & conferences
- Field Communications
- Training & Development
- Regularly update and analyse sales data: Needs to have a sharp analytical mind to drive external as well as internal team
- Broad understanding of the Direct Sales strategic requirement
- Develop competencies in supporting field team in identifying new geographies and market analysis while, studying Representative behaviour in current geographies.
- Exposure to field sales team behaviour to come up with strategic inputs to drive field both internal- ZM/RM & external - BFA/Leaders
- Should have fair understanding of business P/L region-wise as well as at Pan India level to manage budget
- Exposure in conducting or managing Big Events as recognition plays a big role in our business
- Efficient Vendor management within the defined criteria to support sales incentive
- Communication is an important KPI of this role so should have fair understanding of DS guidelines to prepare any incentive communication around the construct to excite field.
- Oversee the Development and implementation of Sales Incentive Programs.
- Plan and implement the Representative and Zone Manager Recognition Programs.
- Manage the regular communication of Field Reports by the department to the field
- Identifies new opportunities to analyse business trends and sales data.
- Take Lead to establish a robust Sales Marketing Synergy process.
- Liaise with Global Sales to get requisite support

2. Adept at designing & running sales incentive programs, analysing & identifying sales opportunities, driving field activities, leading Field (ZM/RSM/Leaders) Training & capability building
- BASIC - B.com(H) /BE
- PROFESSIONAL - MBA from premier institutes (8-12 Years Experience )
COMPUTERS : Good at Word, Power Point & Excel
