Head - Sales & Strategy - General Trade - FMCG (12-20 yrs)
Job purpose
The incumbent will be heading sales function for General Trade business
Primary responsibilities:
- Prepare General Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy
- Build Distribution across the country - both urban and rural
- Lead a large and diverse sales team across the country.
- Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions to drive market share.
- Demand Forecasting along with Merchandising & Replenishment team.
- Responsible for achieving internal revenue plan as well as increase brand share of in the market
