Head - Sales - Startup - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (12-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Design long term and short term strategy
- Responsible for both top line and bottom-line of the P&L for the city
- Execute local marketing strategies (both ATL & BTL) and user growth campaigns, identify and build strategic alliances with enterprise customers
- Manage local PR, manage local regulatory concerns and local politics.
- Help scale up
Qualifications & Background :
- Premier B-school, Focus on Business Management, Operations & Finance in FMCG / Telecom set up and leading a Regional team with a large employee base
- Ground level sales experience, handled operations and P&L for a large organization
- Preferred industries could be Telecom, FMCG in sales operations.

- Very strong on business operations fundamentals, conceptual thought process
- Strong analytical skills
- Very strong in influencing and driving change behaviors
- Believes in enterprise success through collaboration and making others succeed.
