Domain : e-Learning (Corporates and University Business)
Education -
Must have Bachelor or post-graduation degree in Business or Management from a top tier Institutes (IIT/BITS/ IIM/ISB)
Prior Experience / Industry or Other
- At least 10+ years of experience in Industry
- Must have managed and mentored high caliber team
- Strong command in Selling Solutions and managing multiple clients.
- Understanding Product Management, planning on Go to Market, Branding and entire Gamut of Sales is required
- Must have handled New Business, Build Revenue, Alliances & Products for the platform
- Responsible for entire P&L for the product portfolio
- Track record of managing key accounts and Partners end to end, and achieving sales targets
- Excellent connects with Corporates and Universities in the past to sell learning or solutions in these segments
- Experience in Ed-tech or Blended learning companies or Custom publishing would be preferable.
- Basic understanding of Digital and how technology is a key enabler for education.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Responsible for driving the entire sales & solution P&L
- Prospecting and Transforming Leads to Key Accounts, Generating Revenue
- Identify key decision-makers, stakeholders and influencers, establishing relationships, sharing proposals, delivering sales presentations and other required support through consultative sales.
- Working with product management and senior management teams to provide solutions as per client requirements, negotiating pricing and closing deals through consistent follow ups.
- Partnership Account Intelligence and New Business Development
- Qualify and prospect leads by setting up calls or meetings, pitching solutions and identifying sales potential
- Lead the business development team for digital learning solutions in verticals of professional certifications (Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business etc) and corporate learning.
Partnership Management
- Establish and manage the client relationship, recognize key client issues,. and ensure that client needs and project objectives are consistently met in collaboration with post-sales and product teams, through weekly/monthly follow-up.
- Develop and extend partnerships. Prospect existing clients for new sales and ensure a robust, accurate and online pipeline of new business.
- Brainstorm with product and marketing team for maximizing client potential and to support and enhance visibility of us and partner's solutions.
- Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients.
- Share weekly plans of status of accounts and potential leads, new initiatives, follow up action plans and revenue pipeline.
