Job Role :

- The person will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients.


- Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and maximize profitability while maintaining a customer-centric approach.


- This is a leadership role that requires exceptional sales acumen, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor a sales force.


Job Description :

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals, including setting performance objectives, providing training and guidance, and conducting regular performance reviews.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market segments, distribution channels, and geographic regions, to expand the company's customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product positioning strategies.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and stay ahead of industry developments.

- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, market share, and customer acquisition costs, and take corrective actions as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the senior management team.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and build professional networks.

Desired Candidate :

- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the appliances manufacturing industry or a related field.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.

- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies.

- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market research, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
